Dear Sir/Madam,
We are the largest importer from Benelux country (Europe)
of wild mushrooms.
For the moment we are looking for suppliers who can
deliver us frozen, dried, and in brine boletus edulis.
For the frozen boletus we are looking for;
Class 1 cap size 2-4 and 4- 8 cm, under side cap white.
Worm content under 3 %, stem cleaned
Class 2 same specification but underside of cap can be light yellow.
Class 3 light green till dark green cap, worm content
under 5 %, cap and stem separately packed.
