We require copper cathodes plates 99.99% on regular basis in large quantity for our
customers, we only prefer to deal with direct mines or agent which can provide
letter of appointment as agent.
We want only USA and South America mines to offer.
If any African mines or designated agent, we need full POP to disclose and will first visit.
All sellers have to offer 2%PB, SGS.
