Dear Sir/Madam,
We need Best FOB USD Port of Of any origin, to buy uncured rubber
and from tyre factory, including green tyre, steel cord, nylon cord,
rubber compound sheet, used tyre bladder, butyl in.
Before we open transfer L/C at sight we need approval certificate from
government that you have rubber in your factory for export.
Payment transferable L/C at sight with 2% Guarantee seller pay to the
buyer if the buyer not receiving your products in port of origin and document.
