Stuffed Cat Key Chains -Seeking a Manufacturer

Details about this cat are as follows:
Plumeria flower in ear
Red handkerchief around neck with "Hawaii" printed on it
Cell phone strap (or loop) at top of cat's head
Height: 7.6cm

As we would like to test this product in Hawaii, a smaller initial
order quantity would be appreciated. If sales are favorable, we
would then like to purchase the product in larger quantities. And,
we could then also explore other versions of the product involving
other animals after that.
