We are interested in broken / scrap wafer, top and tails, fallout,
pot scrap and so on.
Our basic requirement for silicon materials is: Purity >6N (99. 9999% ) ,
P type, Resistivity >0. 5ohm. Cm, N type, Resistivity>1ohm.Cm,
IC grade is prefer
Item A IC grade scrap / broken / fallout silicon wafer (bare)/patterned/
blue-tape
Item B IC grade top & tails / pot scrap
Item C Virgin polycrystalline silicon chunk / chips / granules from
renowned manufacture
