Quantity: 7,000 MT (fyi - there are 7,000 MT vessels
available ? pls check your sources).
Packing: 50 kg PP bags with buyers printing.
Inspection: SGS/Cotecna at load port at sellers expense.
Terms: CIF.

Destination port: Anjouan port, Comores (its beside
Madagascar in the Indian Ocean).
Discharge rate at destination port: 500 MT.
Payment: IRR conf LC 100 % at sight from Resona bank
(its a Prime bank), Japan.
PB: 2 %.
Shipment: Within 25-30 days of receipt of LC.

Kindly also note that the LC will bear clauses...
Carrying vessel is classified by Intl assoc of
classification societies and is less than 25 yrs old.
Partial shipments & trans-shipments are not allowed.

We will require some form of proof of product availability.

Suggested procedure (prepared with the buyers concurrence):
1. Price indication.
2. On acceptance FCO (To also state ETD from India & ETA
at Comores) along with POP.
3. Contracting.
4. Non-op PB issual.
5. LC activates PB within 48 hours.
6. Shipment.
