We are planning to establish a factory for production of
indexable inserts.
Our capacity will be at first 20.000 pcs. Geometry and Kind of
inserts as like as photos in our Website. We need complete facilities
with equipments for:
1. The mixing of iron powder, together with other alloying elements
2. The powder presses offers a wide freedom of design in a radial
direction
3. Sintering below the melting point of alloying elements (in the
temperature range between 1100 ???C and 1300 ???
4. Calibrating and embossing will be the dimensional accuracy
as well as the density increases and the surface roughness of the
Sinterteils improve
5. Hardness Tests
6. Coating (PVD and CV
We are seeking also for used or new complete factory with all
equipment needed to produce hard metal indexable inserts.
Also we are seeking powders of hard metals which used to produce
the insert
