Typically a single core x86 1500 MHz CPU with 512 Mb of RAM
will run faster than any Windows Multi-core machine with many
gigs of memory, so that's what I want to have built. The graphics
rendering of the GUI will possibly slow any machine down.
So a 32 Mb card is to be used I do want the RAM to be expandable
to 2064 Mb though only recent converts from Windows will ever
install it.

I do want the charger to be twelve volt, if the motherboard voltage
is 3.3 v so any other charger is a way of conning extra cash out of
the punters, many boats and most cars are 12 V.
