We are interested in Reinforcement Steel Rebars
(BST500S; DIN488) of composition 8mm, 10mm and 12mm,
and length of 12m in a quantity of 10000MT per month for a
contract of 12 months with possible extension and rollovers.

Our proposed target price for delivery CIF Gdynia-Poland is
US$520.00 for a proposed delivery time of 30 to 40 days or
less after acceptance of payment instrument.

Our inspection terms are: weight and quantity inspection by
SGS at the cost of seller.

Payment terms: Letter of Credit

PB of 2% to be submitted by seller to activate buyer\\\'s
non-operative LC.
