We seriously want to buy HMS as soon as possible.
We make yearly contract subject to trial order starting.

Order outline:
Container load is required for shipment.
1. Goods: HMS 1 & 2 (80% & 20%)
2. Quantity: trial order 1000MT & 5000MT by container.
3. After trial order completed, we increase quantity 10000MT
or more in short period.
4. Payment: By 100% At sight L/C from Japanese top bank or
New York Bank
5. Shipment: Not allowed Partial Shipment
6. Inspection: All Inspection cost paid by buyer not seller
and it will 4 inspection companies, SGS, Cotecna, BV and ITS,
It depends on country. This is ruled by Bangladesh Govt.
7. Price: we need CNF Chittagong, Bangladesh price.
2. Second order 30000MT/yearly contract by Large Steel Company
in Asia. Bulk shipment being acceptable for standard procedures.
