Letter of Intent

We undersigned; confirm that, under International
Criminal Penalty of Perjury and Civil/Criminal Intend to
Defraud, by signature below verify that we have the
financial capability, including the necessary import
permits, to complete the purchase under the following terms
and specifications.

Commodity: Green Robusta Coffee Beans Grade 2
Quantity: 2000 Mt
Destination: Algeria
Target Price: 800usd/Mt Cnf Algerian Ports

Please find enclosed original LOI Please submit FCO

Procedure
1. Buyer provides enquiry
2. Seller will send a FCO containing all required details
3. If acceptable to buyer he will sign the offer or will
send the LOI
4. Buyer will then provide the purchase order
containing all the Terms + Conditions (of international
format) for verification and signature by Seller + to be
returned to buyer for counter-signature.
5. Hard copies of contract shall be exchanged by fax or
courier
6. If agreed, seller shall provide the proof of product
7. Seller-bank shall provide thereafter a letter confirming
that the operative Performance bond as per contract shall
be opened after Buyer-Bank has transferred the
non-transferable non operative Letter of Credit; becoming
operative by the active Performance Bond issued by Seller.
