Dear Sir,
We are going to start a pulp based paper board
manufacturing unit in Khammam Dt ,Andhra Pradesh.

Ours is a small scale industry and the raw material of
pulp is based on Itc Bhadrachalam Paper Board .
For this we required the following information with the
earliest date
Quotation for supply of machinery for manufacturing of
Paper board (pulp based)sun dray type -capacity 1.5-2.0
mt/day.

1. Sydro Pulper -1 No
Ms/cast iron Fabricated with screen, Capacity 100 Kgs per
charge and 20 minutes processing per charge
Size : Height 4 ft and 5 ft dia , Motor 10 HP AC , machine
inclusive of SS Impellor

2. Agitator (Bottom ) 10 X 10 Tank civil work at our scope
and Stirrer 2HP - 2 Nos

3. Cylinder Mould : Fan Pump, Pulp Pump , Frame , Drive
and Cutting drum are inclusive, Power Requirement : 5 HP
for Fan Pump, 3 P for Pulp Pump and 3 Hp for Cutting drum

4. Calendaring Machine - 1 No
inclusive of casting roller dia 130 mmm and 13" 2 Nos

5. Cutting machine: guillet shear type , inclusive of
shearing knives and motor

6. VAT tank MS fabricated

including specification
Individually for ms and cast iron basis and also time
of delivery.
