paper (Coated side out).

Foil: 8 micron, 1000 series, "0" temper, fully annealed, "A"
wettability. Gauge variation + / -5% by weight, (bright side
against the adhesive) . Supplier: various
Bond strength: fiber tear
Moisture level after lamination: 4. 7% maximum of the paper
component weight.
Width: Range 55 to 60 inches. The paper is wider than the foil
by 4mm. The adhesive can be not more than 1. 0mm to 2. 0mm
inside the foil on each side.
The laminated roll does not have to be trimmed, but must be
wound with straight edges
No adhesive bleeding off the edges. Off-spec material must be
removed from rolls supplied.
