As one of the leading companies dealing in light crude oil we
have faced this satisfaction of some of our clients who belief
that after the formalities required by the seller have been
completed and the contract near conclusion, they receive a
response that their order can not be executed.

This has caused alarming scaptcism among our buyers for the
sellers that they do them down at the end when all formalities
relating to their contract requirements have been completed.

To over come this fear a lot of our buyers are coming up with
the request to furnish them with something like POP so that
they can evaluate the suppliers capability to supply them with
the required crude oil.

We are coming with our request to seller to contact us with
some documents before the ICPO is issued in their favor to
assist and ensure our buyers that they are the sellers who can
genuinely meet their buying requirements.

We are making this request keeping in view the desire of the
end buyer who are mostly companies dealing directly with
refineries or the refineries which are directly in contact
with us.

The owner of refineries or companies dealing with refineries
do not believe in meeting lengthy procedural formalities
leading to waste of time.

They are ready to instantly negotiate face to face contracts
with the sellers where the required documents can be exchanged
leading to satisfactory deal among both the seller and the
buyer.

We request that only those sellers who have the allocation and
who can provide substantial proof of their product should
reach us with what ever instant proof they have of the
allocation.

Agents or brokers do not need to respond to our request.
