We are interested in products that have a Low Glycemic Index
and can be used in a low carbohydrate diet. Also products
containing "healthy" fat / oil and protein. All products must
be adequately documented with regards to contents (no steroids
or drugs) and claims (eg. Reduction in blood glucose levels
must be demonstrated scientifically). Also anti-oxidants, eg.
Lycopenes, I3C, SGS, dim. Aitc, and Soya products with a known
content of Genistein and / or Daidzein.
