2. Crawfish meat, boiled, fat on - 900,000 lbs.
3. Snappers: IVP/IWP, 1-2lbs Fillet, 240,000 lbs
Species: Lutganus/Sanguiness Erythropterous
3. Trout: 1-3 lbs fillet, IVP/IWP 700,000 LBS
4. Tuna: steak. Non co, IWP, 200,000 LBS- need USDC
for this one.
5. Grouper: Fillet IVP/IWP/ GNG 350,000 LBS
6. Lobsters- P. Homorus/ Tails, IQF/IWP Any quantity,

3oz and up
Clean belly, no crack shells, tails, no discoloration of shell,
no odor,

Treated with Anti oxidant, Sodium bi sulphite, 50 PPM
Packers wish to work on L.C call for P.O' s for 2006 program
