Dear Sir,
We are General Company in Syria ? public sector .
We want to request specification about high sheer binder , to
modified bitumen and polymers . To make foreign tender , to
buy one binder with the capacity to make 1000 ton bitumen 60/70
modified with polymer ( SBS) . We do not have up to now any
specification about binder and polymer to make condition book .
Please provide us the newest specification to buy this equipment
ex-work We are waiting for your soon reply before the end of the
year 2006 .
