We are interested to buy on a regular/monthly basis
CU, PB, ZN, ores/concentrates for our Joint Venture in
China as follows:

1-Commodity: Zinc ore/zinc concentrate(Zn>30)
Required quantity: 1000MT monthly, x 12(36) months contract

2-Commodity: Lead ore(Pb>50%)
Required quantity: 1000MT monthly, x 12(36) months contract

3-Copper concentrate >34%
Price: $ CIF- Shanghai
First delivery: 30 days after receiving the L/C

Quantity: 1000 Mt/month x 12 months
Unloading port: Shanghai port, P.R. China
Deliver terms: C&F/CIF Shanghai port
Performance Bond(PB): 2%
L/C---100% irrevocable, workable for our Joint Venture
in China as follows:
