China origin, 12, 500mt 25, 000mt x 12, CIF Tunisia, payment
mode-FFRDLC.

2) Cement gray Portland 42. 5, Ukrainian, Russian or CIS,
China origin, 67, 000mt x 36, CIF Libya, payment mode-FFRDLC.
The total qty for the 1st year is around 1. 115 m' MT
(92, 000mt / month).

I would like to know if you are dealing with cement (Russian
or CIS, Ukrainian Preferred) and if the target price is
workable. If affirmative I would like to get your confirmation
for the following essential Points, (and kindly note, I am not
asking for any formal proof or original document Such as SGS
or b / L, only your confirmation and general information).

1. Your seller either has a possession of cement quota
of around 2. 8m' MT or he is Connected to some cement
factories that are capable to produce and ship the needed
Monthly quantity consistently as per LOI.

2. The seller has performed in recent years a long term
contract of Russian or Ukrainian Cement on CIF basis.
