Dear Ms Sangeeta,

Further to our previous two tender enquiries for Electric Items
and Woodfree Printing Papers we are pleased to submit you
here under an another International Tender Enquiry invited by the
Directorate of Family Planning, Ministry of Health,
Government of Bangladesh for importing of Autoclave and
Dressing Drum as follows.

Date of Closing of Tender: 10 August 2004

1. Autoclave with 4 Burner Stove ... 1,200 Sets
2. Dressing Drum ... 2,400 Pieces

Please note that as per the terms and conditions of the
tender, the Principal Bidders
(Manufacturers or Exporters) shall have to furnish along
with their Offers Bid Security in the form of Bank
Guarantee amounting to US$ 35,000.00 (US Dollar thirty
five thousand). Further after acceptance of the Offer, the
successful Principal Bidder (Manufacturer or Exporter) in
whose favor the contract will be awarded shall have to
furnish a Performance Guarantee amounting to 10% (ten
percent) of the total contract value.

the concerned Manufacturers or Exporters in India.
