PVC manufacturing plant in Libya seeking bids for the
following:

25KG Bags made of a minimum 3-ply paper material capable
of handling PVC chemicals
Bags must be able to withstand an unspecified pressure
exerted by the machinery when filling the bag
Demand is for a supply of approximately 2,000,000 bags
per year on a multiple-year contract
Prices should be per bag CIF Tripoli, Libya
Supplier MAY propose a substitute material for the bags but
the size of the bag must not change.

the source. The contracting party currently has a supplier
but is seeking competitive bids from new suppliers
now that worldwide trade restrictions have been lifted.

Payment will be made by LOC from Switzerland. Please
