We currently sell 2000 units and need composite
aluminum board 25mm thick, with 0.5mm aluminum skins. The
product must be rigid and have a surface flatness of +/- 0.5mm
across the entire surface.

The boards need folded edges, with m5 rivnuts added at 160mm
intervals around the edge with a further 20 rivnuts in the
back of the board,

Also a small cut out to accept a circuit board. (flatness is
very important)
The product is needed in four sizes
1000 off per annum 1735mm x 1276mm x 25 thick
500 off approx @ 1531mm X 1123mm X 25mm
500 off approx @ 1328 X 972mm x 25mm
100 off approx 1088 x 794 x 25mm

We would need a sample of the largest and smallest units.
But would provide detailed drawings prior to that stage.

We need to know if possible, how long to get a sample from
supply of drawings, costs, lead time to manufacture form
sample approval, time from manufacture to time of arrival in
UK etc
