We urgently buy HMS scrap with the following terms.

Buyer & their terms:
1. Buyer buy 10,000mt/month and contract yearly.
2. Buyer can buy 10,000mt/month totally but shipment
must be partially and one shipment is under 1000mt by
container.
(Partial shipment is absolute requirement due to port capacity
to unload HMS)
3. Buyer is in Tokyo, Japan. HMS is forwarded to Bangladesh.
4. Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ bank issue original L/C and via Bank
of America or Bank of the west in US(Mitsubishi-to you is the
world top bank in capital).

So please advise possibility to supply HMS with above terms
of the buyer, and offer us best price with pictures.
We welcome any serious suppler.
