Poly-propylene sacks for cement packing

Technical specifications:

The sacks are made of poly-propylene 2 plies fabric with heat
welding technology, capacity of the sacks is 50 kg. +/- 0.2km
The sacks mouth should be suitable for rotary packer.
The sacks are to be very efficiently perforated to released
all the air out of the sacks during the filling.

Dimensions of the sack are (63cm height x 49cm width x 10cm
thick).

The quality of the sacks are proved through drop tests by a
special testing machine at 120cm height, number of sacks
samples are random 6 sacks for each 50,000 sacks consignment
to be randomaly chosen by the quality control in our company
the sacks are considered successful when all the six sacks are
safe without any damage to any extend

The cliche of our company trade mark must be printed on one
side of the sacks in black color.

The surface density of the fabric to be 85 gm/m2 with a
tolerance of +/- 5gm.

The sacks can withstand high temperatures up to 110 degree
centigrade.
The sacks are to be delivered stripped in 50 sacks and bundled
in 50 strips I. E.2500 sacks for each bundle.
