We are very much interested to import "82,000 Liter
Transformer Oil" C&F Chittagong on emergency basis

Technical specification of transformer oil:

A) The Oil will be used for work in oil-cooled Transformer
and Electrical Apparatus with voltage up to 110 KV Working
temperature + 115 Degree C.
B) Type: Mineral
C) Supplied condition: After centrifusing
D) The centrifused Transformer Oil I. E. Supplied Transformer
Oil must have the characteristics mentioned below:

01) Density at 20 degree C GM/cm3: _< 0.895
02) Flash point (minimum):140 degree C
03) Pour Point: -30 degree C
04) Kinematic viscosity at 20 degree C (maximum):30 CST
05) Kinematic viscosity at-10 degree C (maximum):240 CST
06) Acidity (neutralization value):0.05 mg KOH/g
07) Corrosive Sulpher: Non- corrosive
08) Sludge Value (maximum): Non- sluding
09) Mechanical Impurities: Nil
10) Tan, di-electric loss angle at 50H20 degree C (maximum): 0.2%
11) Di-electric Strength: When tested with GST/VDE electrodes,
the gap between the electrodes being 2.5 mm, the break-down
voltage must not be less than 50 KV (rms)
12) Water Content:

A) By Crackling Method: Nil
B) By Karl Fisher Method: 14 PPM (maximum)
E) Standard: GOST- 982-68 or DIN 51507 (V DE 0370/10) or
(For untreated Oil) As per IEC-296 (Class I) & BS 148/84
or its equivalent.
F) Packing: New Steel Drums should be suitably packed to
prevent damage during transportation and to ensure water
content mentioned in SL. No.12. Each drum should contain 205
(Two hundred five) liters
