Our Germany client is looking for 20,000 or 40,000 pieces
floating keychain. They don't want injection molded plastic.
They want some kind of foam style floating metal and then
coated on outside with a split key ring.

The shape of this foam should be in buoy design or life-guard
ring design. There would have a 4-C printing or spray on the
foam outside shell.
