We are looking for Sheet Counting Machine
The detail technical specification is as below:

General Specification:
1. Minimum Sheet Size: 210 mm x 297 mm
2. Maximum Sheet Size: 920 mm x 720 mm
3. Loading Capacity: Minimum 150 mm
4. Counting Speed/Minute: From 1500 to 2500 sheets
5. Paper substance range: 60 to 170 GSM
6. Electrical power connection: Single Phase
220 +- 5% VAC, 50 Hz

Features & Accessories:
The machine shall be of floor standing type with caster
wheels and shall be equipped in all respect ready for
operation. The machine shall have the following facilities:

1. Both counting heads shall be operated separately with
separate vacuum pump.
2. Predetermined and programmable operating modes.
Operating mode shall be predefined according to the
requirements which can be stored in memory.
3. Self diagnostic system (Graphic interface would be
preferable for error diagnostic and machine status
indication).
4. Fully shielded mechanism for safety of operators.
5. Simple operation and can be operated from either front
or rear side (with display). In maintenance period.
6. Movable counting head module with automatic adjustment.
7. Security clamping and visual information in case of error.
8. Motorized cradle drive system.
9. Detail specification of sheet counting machine offered
by the tender shall be submitted along with the tender.

Only original catalogue from the manufacturer with
technical specification will be considered for evaluation.
10 Counting speed of the machine shall be variable so that
operator can select any desired speed.
