Please note that we are having a business requirement of system based Quality Inspection of labels/ tags (which are applied on the products like towels, bathrobs etc) though visual imaging with reference to sample images.
Below are the basic expectations from product:-
1. Check quantity of labels in roll/ cut pieces inserted
2. Check dimension
3. Check color/ density
4. Check image/ text/ logo
5. Scalability to inspect 50,000 to 1 Lakh pcs per hour
6. Stop at/ Sort the erroneous label
