We require the necessary equipment and material for the production of Banana flour for animal feed.
Raw material Fresh Green Cavendish bananas
Production 20,000 to 30,000 tons/year
End product 2 mm flour grain

Do you have any experience in the processing of banana flour for animal feed?
Do you already export toward E C countries (complying with EC standards?)
We believe that the main steps of the production of banana flour for animal feed are
1) Washing high pressure
2) Cutting in slices fruit and skin
3) Drying/ dehydrating
4) Grinding (hammer mill)
5) Sieving 2 mm grains
6) Packaging
7) Several conveyors
We figure that the following information would help you
100 kgs of fresh green bananas produces 20 kgs of flour.
Original Moisture Content of Fresh bananas is ~70 to 80 %
Final M C should be 10 %
Cavendish is a family of bananas, different from Plantain.
We assumed that on a basis of 30,000 t/year, our client will only need the following production rate production; please correct us if it is not correct.
Washing high pressure 25 t /hr
Cutting/ slicing 25 t /hr
Drying/dehydrating 25 t /hr
Grinding 5 t /hr
Screening 5 t /hr
Packaging 5 t /hr
Important; All equipments and material should be complying with E C standards for security and environment.
Do you have after sales service in the U S A? In Europe ?
Do you provide start up of the machine and training of the operators and technicians?
