Looking for USA approved food cans. As follows

1) Can with printing on the cans
2) Inside with the plastic code so that the drink does not
touch the steel part of the can
3) Outside I like to have with the lining so it is ok for refrigeration
(if you don?t have this then we will need to test it
4) The cover is the easy open for drink style
5) I like to have it (if you can) where we will close the
bottom instead of the top (meaning that the factory will close
the cover to the can and we will attach the bottom after
filling it with the drink
6) Steel can not aluminum
7) Retort for 250f /121c
8) The size we need prefer to be 211 (2 inch and 11 16th)
9) Like to have the can for 12 fl oz fill so about 5 inch high
