Our company on the first quarter of 2009 year will finished factory
building, that will produced instant coffee. This factory be situated
in country Ukraine, city Ilichevsk. Factory productivity will be
1000 ton instant agglomerate coffee per year. For pre packing
we need full complex equipment to creation packing line.

Next you can find pre packing productivity, wrapping type, wrapping,
weight of one unit:
1) Instant agglomerate coffee ? pre packing on the glass and tin cups.
Products mass 50-250g.
Productivity 40-50 PC/min.

2) Instant agglomerate coffee ? pre packing on the stick. Mass - 2-2.5g.
And mix coffee 2x1 and 3x1 on the pack 10-20g.
Productivity 150-200 PC/min.
As well as pre packing this product on the standard group pack.

3) Ground roast coffee pack mass 100g. On the foil-coated flat pack.
And roast coffee beans with pack mass 250 g. - 1000g. Foil-coated
pack with square bottom and vent for bend gas.
Productivity (100g pack) 60 -70 PC/min.

4. Ground roast coffee pack mass 250 - 500 g.
On the foil-coated pack with vacuum square bottom.
Productivity 25 - 35 PC/min
(also we look into the issue with plastic jar pack)

Please, note if you are ready to offer us equipment for packing of instant
coffee into glass and iron cans. Will it be possible to pack it in plastic
cans of the same size and measures using this equipment but of course
with less weight of the package itself. We would be very grateful for
commercial offer regarding all possible variants and options of set of
packaging line suitable for us.

Productivity can differ on the range of +/- 20%
For line without vacuum pack in addition calculate please version
with zip-lock bag.
