We have a new patent to how to produce a probiotic tablet

Here is our description for the formula

Can you produce for us

Tablet :The probiotics are first granulated with or encapsulated in a
swell able polymer, such as a gum, to form a granule.

The granule is disposed in a matrix of a more swell able, erodible
polymer, such as HPMC or Polyethyleneoxide, and optionally
includes pectin.

The more swell able erodible polymer has a diffusion rate coefficient
which is greater than the diffusion rate coefficient of the relatively
less swell able polymer

First mix the bacteria with a granulating (gelling) agent to make a
flowing powder.

This powder is mixed with a different gelling agent and the whole is
compressed into a tablet

1. The matrix tablet wherein the polymer of the matrix (a) consists of
HPMC and pectin in a pectin:

HPMC weight ratio in the range of 2:7 to 4:5.

2. The matrix tablet wherein the weight ratio of polymer (i) to soluble
agent is in the range of about 1:1 to about 1:5 and wherein the weight
ratio of polymer (a) to said granules is in the range of about 0.68:1 to about 3.45:1.

Matrix Gelling agent, the one that holds the tablet together, is a mixture of
Hydroxy Poly Methyl Cellulose and Pectin in a ration of between 2.7:1 and
4.5:1. More HPMC than Pectin

The ration of granule to matrix is between 0.7:1 and 3.5:1
