We need to import forged mill wheels.
The mill-wheels are forged rings with square cant.
Valid for all dimensions is an allowance of 5 mm + / - 2 mm,
for example mill wheel 450 / 240 X 156 mm, got ideally an
outer dimension of 460 mm.
Anyway 456 ? 464 mm would be acceptable.
This is also true for all other dimensions. The details below
are very important:

The supplier should try to produce a maximize homogeneity
within a delivery batch. Thus, if a plus-tolerance arises from
production, all other rings of the production should get the
same plus tolerance.
All blanks should be sharp edged the customer turn all surfaces,
for this reason the eccentricity should not be larger than the
correctable oversize.
