Dear Sir/Madam,
From our knowledge the line is composed of a wet grinder for LDPE,
a high speed screw that takes out the grinded and pre-washed material
from the grinder, spits out the dirty water and then enters in a tank for rinsing.
After this it goes into a force feeder that has a screw that also takes some
of the water away. Of course that the material is still wet when it gets
inside the granulator, but the water is then evaporated by the vacuum pumps.
After this the material gets cooled in water and after it gets cut to dimensions.
The minimum quantity (hour), real output, has to be 250-300 kg.
We need 4 machines of this type.
