I hereby confirm with full corporate and legal responsibility,
under penalty of perjury of law that we are willing, able and ready
to purchase the 3500 MT of sunflower oil in accordance with the
attached specifications, under the terms and conditions described
here forth in the purchase contract.

1. Commodity : Sunflower Oil
2. Origin : Ukraine/Malaysia
3. Specification : Crude sunflower oil
4. Quantity : 3500 MT
5. Size : Bulk
6. Price : CNF or CIF
7. Delivery : Port Sudan
8. Payment : LC, irrevocable, conditional, non transferable, 100% payable at sight
9. Performance Bond : 3% of L/C Value
10. Inspection : Quality, quantity, weight & photo by SGS or
equivalent at sellers cost at part of loading

Procedure:
1. Buyer issues an LOI.
2. Seller issues FCO and sample contract and full information about Sunflower Oil.
3. Buyer seal and return the FCO.
4. Seller issues Draft Contract.
5. Buyer sign seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract
and return to the buyer.
6. Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their
respective Banks.
7. Within 5 (five) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a NON- operative
RDLC for total shipment to the sellers Bank
8. Within 5 (five) banking days, sellers bank send proof of
products (POP) + PB 3%via Swift Bank
9. To Bank methods to the buyers Bank and Active the Payment Instrument
10. RDLC becomes operative
11. Shipment Starts.
