below requirements:

3) Length: Cable length 150 cm
4) Rated Current/Voltage: 3A /250V
5) Certificate: BSI, CE, VDE & CCC approved with ROHS compliance
6) Others: available in pre-assembly terminal on grounding wire.
7) Color: Black or white

If possible, please send me the specification with mechanical drawing for reference.
