We are looking for matching medium-duty wheels and casters
to be used on a hand truck, very similar in design to what's on
our website (the multi-hole design, not the pneumatic).
We would prefer the design to only have 5 larger holes
Parts: R8ST/S, R4CSTR/YWe would like the hub to be a very
durable material but lightweight, and the wheel tire to be either
solid rubber (soft tread) or semi-pneumatic. We don't want the tire
to be very tall or look too rugged, so we likely don't want the full
pneumatic tires. I've attached examples from the website of their
replacement wheels.
For the wheels we can go from 8" - 10" diameter by 1.75 - 2.0 width.
The casters ideally should be 4" diameter, single threaded stem, and
brakes are optional.
Color for both will be a light-orange with black rubber. CAD is available
if you would like to propose custom manufacturing.

Initial quantity may be between 50-250 sets (1 set=2 wheels + 2 casters).
