(a). Plain Urine Container.
Quantity of 85,000 units.
Spec requirements:
Plain Urine Container - Made of polypropylene or polystyrene,
transparent with leak proof screw cap; flat bottom, cylindrical, plain,
resistant to breakage during centrifugation. Diameter 20-25 mm,
height 80-90 mm. Ready with labels. Labels should state Sterile: with
adequate space for writing details of patients name, Ward, Hospital,
nature of specimen.

(b). Sterile Stool container:
Quantity of 35,000 units.
Spec requirements:
Sterile Stool container - Made of Polypropylene or polystyrene transparent.
Diameter approx 35-50 mm; height approx 50-65 mm. Fitted with integral
spoon for stool specimen collection. Cylindrical with flat bottom.
Screw cap and leak proof. Ready with label mentioning sterile with space
for writing name of patient, Ward, Hospital, nature of specimen.

(c). Sterile Container for Urine Culture with Boric Acid.
Quantity of 11,000 units.
Spec requirements:
Sterile Container for Urine Culture with Boric Acid:
Sterile-Disposable with added boric acid;
Made of Polypropylene or polystyrene , transparent;
Volume 25-30 ml;
Approximate diameter 20-25 mm; approximate height 80-90 mm;
