Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking for the following blood collection tubes.
Pls email me and provide your best quote FOB for products
you manufacture. Pls ensure your product meets all
the spec requirements since this is for a very specific request.

(a). FBS Fluoride Oxalate Tubes.
Quantity of 950,000 units.
Spec requirements: FBS Fluoride Oxalate Tubes - Blood Sugar
Tubes, made of polypropylene or polystyrene, with matt label
(including expiry date and blood volume indicator), length atleast
4 cm, push-in-cap or stopper either grey or yellow, size 13 x 75 mm,
round bottomed, to contain a volume of blood between 2.5-3.0 ml,
anticoagulant to above stated volume of blood: fluoride oxalate in
dry form preferably sprayed-dry, resistant to breakage during centrifugation.

(b). Lithium Heparin Tubes.
Quantity of 1.5 million units.
Spec requirements: Lithium Heparin Tubes - Made of polypropylene
or polystyrene, with matt label, length at least 4 cm
(including expiry date and blood volume indicator), push-in-cap or
stopper - either green or orange, size 13 x 75 mm, round bottomed, to
contain a volume of blood between 3.5 to 4.5 ml, anticoagulant to above stated
volume of blood: lithium heparin in dry form, preferably sprayed dry, resistant to breakage during centrifugation.

(c). EDTA Tube.
Quantity of 650,000.
Spec requirements: EDTA Tube:
Volume 5 ml capacity for collection of 2.5-3.0 ml of blood;
Size 12 x 75 mm;
Containing sprayed dry EDTA;
Containing coded lavender /purple;
Pierceable screw rubber cap;
NB: The lead level of the tube should not exceed 0.01 ug.

(d). Citrated Tube.
Quantity is 240,000 units.
Spec requirements: Citrated Tube:
Citrated plastic tube, size 12 x 75 mm;
Containing 3.2 % Trisodium citrate as liquid anti-coagulant to
collect either 2 ml, 2.5, 3.0 or 3.5 ml blood with level indicated;
Colour coded stoppers pale blue or pink.

(e). Plain tube for Biochemistry tests.
Quantity is 600,000 units.
Spec requirements: Plain tube for Biochemistry tests, made of
polypropylene or polystyrene, with matt label,
(including expiry date and blood volume indicator), length at least 4 cm,
push-in-cap or stopper - either red or white, size 13 x 75 mm,
round bottomed, transparent with matt label to contain a volume of
blood between 3.5 to 5.0 ml, no anticoagulant or any other additive,
resistant to breakage during centrifugation.
