We are looking for mazut 100. We need it urgently.
We need 150,000 MT x12 any port ASWP immediately needed.
Details and other specs are given below:

Procedures:

1. NCND-IMPFA signed by buyer mandate is sent to seller agent
for signature of seller mandate
2. Seller mandate signs NCND-IMFPA and sends soft offer
3. Buyer confirms soft offer and signs NCND-IMFPA
4. Buyer sends NCND-IMFPA & ICPO with soft probe authorization
and with procedures included
5. Seller conducts soft probe
6. Seller sends signed NCND-IMFPA, draft contract and soft pop in
form of attestation letter or tank receipts etc. to buyer
7. Buyer verifies soft pop.
8. Buyer signs and returns draft contract seller
9. Seller reviews and signs the contract and returns it to buyer
10. Buyer and seller exchange pop vs. POF bank to bank
11. Buyer issues MT 103/23
12. Title transfer and payment
