Thank you very much for responding.
We are looking for Forgings as well as Castings. The specifications are as below:

Castings:
Al Alloy, LM 25, BS 1490, Chill cast, TF Condition. Zero Porosity and cracks.
We require them to be proof machined and also subjected to 100 % RT as per Quality Class IA, Grade C/D as per MIL-STD-6021G

Forgings:
IS: 734-24345, WP Condition. Zero Defects.
We require them to be proof machined (130 - 150 BHN) and also subjected to 100 % UT as per ASTM B 594 Class A
