Once sample is approve, We need with following Documents:

2. Foods Inspection Certificate from Your Gov. Agent
3. FOB Price quotation.
4. Packing List
5. Agreement Between Both Parties.
6. Supplier Information and Exporter Corporate Registration
Certificate and Corporate Printed Profile 5 copy.
7. Delivery Schedule .
Order Qty: 10Kg for Sample and 500Kg per Order for Manufacturing.
Price need: CIF Tokyo Japan by Sea FLT, and AIR FLT
Quotations need Both by US$.
Packing: 10Kg Bulk Vacuumed Plastic Pack for Sample and 20Kg for
Manufacturing.
Payment: By negotiations.
