We want to buy used rails. If you are able to supply please contact us immediately. Minimum amount is 10.000 Mt, spot or annual. We want overprice to be allowed and rails to be AQSIQ certified. CIF offers from direct sellers are appreciated. We do not offer any commission to agents, so please discuss that with your sellers. We want to see the past performance before signing the contract. We do not want it from Ukraine or Africa. Serious sellers will be invited for table top meeting on our expense to close multiple deals in a short time period.
If you are not able to supply on the terms above, please do not contact us. If you can, do not hesitate to contact. We welcome the real sellers first than the agents.
