We need to have quotation for buying selective pieces of halal beef meat:
Specifications:
Pieces required : shank - shoulder - neck - chuck - chuck tender
Fats: not more than 7%
Packing: under vacuum

Shank Cartons:
Not less than 14 pieces of Shank /carton

Chuck Tender Cartons:
Not less than 14 pieces of Chuck Tender /carton
Bigger pieces like Shoulder Neck Chuck are better to be cut for
small ones in the limit of 2:3 kg/ pcs packed under vacuum
At least the remaining period of the expiration is to be 6 months.

Price : CIF Alexandria, Egypt.
Payment term : L/C at sight, unless the Egyptian health authority rejection
