Mild Steel Billet preferably should have following :

Square End 50 mm X 50 mm /
65 mm X 65 mm /
100 mm X 100 mm /
100 mm X 120 mm (Smaller Square end is best for Marketing)

Length 5 - 6 Meter
Chemical composition should be around ranges mentioned below :
Grade 60 Grade 40
C 0.28 - 0.35% 0.20 - 0.25%
Mn 1.30 - 1.60% 0.70 - 0.90%
Si 0.25 - 0.35% 0.20 - 0.25%
S 0.05% 0.05% Max
P 0.05% 0.05% Max
