For our production line of stretch film, we are looking for a
supplier of paper cores.

Please quote us your best price, meeting our requirements below:

Type 1
Application: for CPP or BOPP - big rolls
Inside diameter: 152mm (6 inches)
Length:
1) 980mm
2) 960mm
3) 940mm
The cores will be used for stretch film - have to be strong enough.
Please suggest what the appropriate density should be.
Approximate wall Thickness: 10mm

Type 2
Application: for CPP or BOPP - regular rolls
Length: 52cm
Inside diameter: 50mm (2 inches)

Wall thickness: depends on your paper; weight requirements
must be met.
Weight:
1) 300 grams - approx. 15,000 pcs/month
2) 500 grams - approx. 40,000 pcs/month

Type 3
Application: for CPP or BOPP - medium rolls
Length: 51cm
Inside diameter: 76mm (3 inches)
Wall thickness: depends on your paper; weight requirements must be met.
