Dear Sirs/Madam,
We are looking for a reflective material for one of satellite dish-solutions,
this material should be of very high reflectivity (like a mirror) to reflect sunlight,
and able to use outdoor, the material can be acrylic, plexi glass acrylic, hard plastics,
or very similar, and must be able to with-stand heat, the material should be flexible
but not easy to break, but it should be able to be molded when heated a bit and not
melt completely...we need 2mm thickness. We would need the factory to make
a circular shape for us , based on 3.8m diameter and 6m diameter, however we
can use it in parts, example you can cut the circular shape into 4 parts
(90 degree each piece), 8 parts (45degree each piece) etc, once when we put
the pieces back together on our satellite dish it will make back the circular shape.
We will also need a sample of your material to test on one of our smaller dishes,
for this test the diameter must be 40cm in you can send to us in parts , 4 parts,
8 parts, etc. Once when we mount it back its back to the circular shape, but for
this test we rather use 1 whole piece of 40cm to get the full strength of your material
Once the test is ok, we will need approx: 1500pcs for each size of dish per month.
(1500 whole pieces each size, but will need to cut them into parts)
