Need zippered wrestling belt bag

The bags are made of a velvet-like material. They are lined with
satin or soft polyester.
They need to have a very 28 inch strong zipper.

The dimensions are:
58 inch length
13 inch at the highest point
7 inches average height of the sides of the bag
the rounded part of the bag is 13 inches high and 15 inches wide

I will order 100 bags on the initial order, but I will need a sample bag
first. The color is not important.
I may decide to have them screen printed with my logo.
