Dear Sirs/Madam
The motor data is listed below as its manual:-
1.Wiring: Fixed connection
2.Power: 3.7KW
3.Voltage: 200V
4.Current: 19.4A
5.Frequency: 50Hz
6.Speed: 2880rpm
One motor drives a main pump. Its max suction pressure is 70X10?Pa
The other motor drives booster pump controlled by pressure switch
and it will run up while the pressure drop to lower pressure point
(1330Pa). Its max suction pressure at 400Pa.
The multi-stage Dry vacuum pump Gauge pressure is 0.15 to 0.7MPa
and regulator setting is 0.1MPa. The pump perform curve is attached.
Please check whether your VSD can be applied for the vacuum pumps
(mostly for main pump) and calculate the saving to turn down the speed
lower as possible while the motor is idling. (The VSD need fully out or
automatically adjust the speed to maintain the pressure as process requests)
