Dear Sirs/Madam
We need the most popular "broaching machine" for following purpose;
Transmission parts (of car). We intend to apply broaching instead of reaming.
The shape of the hole is the simplest one (i.e. Cylindrical or circle cross section).
Material is Ck45 / 1.1191,
Diameter of the holes are 12 ~ 20 mm,
Length of work pieces are 30 ~ 50 mm.
Tolerance of holes are H8, H9
We can prepare the parts by diameter of 0.5 mm smaller than final diameter
that are expected by broaching.
